  12. There are 6 convenient tools provided for easy
  13. access to your documentation:

  15. Examples:

  19.   % cd /CDROM
  20.   % ./CDrelnotes eoe 1   # show section 1 of the Irix 6.5
  21.                          # "eoe" release note
  22.   % ./CDman csh          # show the man page for "csh"
  23.   % ./CDgrelnotes        # starts the grelnotes viewer
  24.   % ./CDinsight          # starts the InSight book viewer 
  25.   % ./CDinfosearch       # shows instructions for using this
  26.                          # CD to run InfoSearch
  27.   % ./CDsgihelp          # ditto for using SGIhelp
  28.  
  29. All of these tools will run on releases before IRIX 6.5,
  30. except for InfoSearch.  For InfoSearch you will need to
  31. be running IRIX 6.5 to use this CD.

  36. The products on this CD do not require a license.

  41. This documentation is designed to be read directly off
  42. this CD.

  44. If you want to install the books, relnotes, or man pages,
  45. you should do so directly from the product CDs (e.g. IRIX
  46. 6.5 Foundation 1, IRIX 6.5 Applications, etc).  All of
  47. the documentation on this CD is also included on those CDs,
  48. (although it must be installed first.)
